Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn fashion items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label generated from our portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest postal location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
